Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good‑faith negotiations. If unresolved after 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to mediation in Victoria, Australia. If mediation fails, either party may pursue permitted remedies in court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
